Our standards
Our policy prohibits bribes, kickbacks, unofficial facilitation payments and concealed benefits. Gifts and hospitality must be proportionate, transparent and free from improper influence. Personal interests must be declared and business transactions recorded accurately.
Putting the policy into practice
Our full policy sets out checks for contractors and suppliers, approval of gifts and hospitality, reporting, investigation and proportionate training. The directors are responsible for its implementation and review through our quality management system.
Speaking up
Concerns may be raised privately with either active director. We protect people who refuse bribery or raise reasonable concerns from retaliation. Breaches are investigated fairly and may lead to disciplinary or contractual action and referral to the authorities.
